Diversity & Social Justice at Saint Mark

Saint Mark has a rich history of advocating social justice - from the 1950's Civil Rights Movement through today's rights for and inclusion of the GLBT community. Let this Diversity & Social Justice section of the Saint Mark website be a resource for relevant event announcements & information, news articles, along with the United Methodist Church's Social Justice Stands.

For more information about Diversity and Social Justice at Saint Mark, or to share ideas on ways that our church can be more involved in the community, contact Rev. Josh Noblit, Minister of Social Justice, 404.873.2636 x19.

Gyname

Gyname is a unique and beautiful symbol originating from Ghana, West Africa. It means literally, "except for God" or "none but God." It is a metaphor for the supremacy of God.
